PLEASE read all of this! I apologize it's so long but its extremely important information!!
I am okay with anyone of any age commissioning me. Proof of parental permission would be optimal it’s not mandatory at this time. The exception is for nsfw commissions. I will need proof of identity to verify your age. This may be a driver's license, a real id, a birth certificate, or something of the equivalent. Since I am American I will require everyone that wants to commission nsfw art from me to be eighteen or older.Currently I accept PayPal or Venmo for payments. I will expect half to be paid upfront and the other half after there’s an agreed sketch. (If the commissioner wants, I will take the entire owed ammount before I start.) The agreed sketch is what I've sketched out and tweaked at your request until it’s what you want. Due to my art being in a digital format I will never ask for a shipping address or anything akin to that. I will send the artwork either through email, discord, or toyhouse.As this is my art work I still retain copyright over the commission. Buying a commission of any artist merely transfers the title of the piece over to you. I will respect that it is not my character and I will not pass them off as my own. However I may post my artwork on one or more of my platforms. I will always credit the commissioner in these posts. My art may also be subject to being shown in a portfolio for school, work, or merely just to show my skill.After there is an agreed sketch and the second payment is made there will be an aproximate 21 day wait. It’s more likely I will have the commission done within the week. However I am a working adult who has a lot of things on my plate. Please be patient with me!I will automatically send an update photos for the sketch. This is done so I can work together with the customer to get an agreed sketch. This is the last time you can request a major change. Afterwards I will send an update when the commission is completed to see if there's any minor changes needed. If not I will go forward with sending a high quality version on agreed platform. Please feel free to contact me any time about updates/ photos.During the drawing I would like most revisions to be made during the time we made the agreed sketch. However I know this is unavoidable and I will accept minor revision requests at any point. I will accept any major revision requests up to the line art being completed. Once I start coloring I will not accept any requests about major revisions. When you say you are fully satisfied with the commissioned piece you relinquish your right to those changes. Example of major revisions being changing the pose or perspective. Examples of minor revisions being changing colors.If there is a case of a refund I will follow the following. If I haven't even made the sketch I will refund what you paid in full. If I haven't started past the agreed sketch, you'll get a 75% refund. If I've done about half or more you'll receive a 50% refund. In any case you will receive the art at whatever stage it is at. If you make a habbit of this I will block and black list you! ALSO I'd like to note I am not the best with Paypal or Venmo. I honestly am still very new to using it and am still learning. Please be patient with me when it comes to refunds. Any help with nagivating and using the platform will be much appreciated!I have no obligation at any point to fix any edits made by the customer or any third party. However if you need me to send you another copy of the drawing I may be able to do so. I can not promise I will still have the file though.If at any point you inquire about a pedophilic, zoophilic, or incest nsfw commission I will automatically block you, black list you, and make a beware about it. I will not tolerate this disgusting behavior.

Shading is 10$ NOT 15$
*The numbers are small details that are redrawn larger for clarification. Examples being an eye, piece of jewlery, horn/claw with integrate details, etc
*Headshots will all be different emotions. These can be prepicked by the commissioner but if not will be picked off the characters personality/traits.

*Complex background will be 20-30$
*Simple backgrounds will always be free
